Your investment
The retreat fees include
- 12 nights accommodation at the Momchailai forest retreat, breakfast, lunch and dinner for 12 days, 2 wellness breaks for 11 days, daily instruction in yoga, and mediation
- 70 hours of instruction in Lomi Lomi massage by Lavenda Schaff, State of Hawaii licensed Lomi Teacher and one assistant teacher
- Massage tables, sheets and oil are provided for all participants
- Excursions: Rafting on River Kwai including lunch, Elephant trekking and bamboo rafting on River Kwai
- Transportation from Bangkok to Momchailai Forest Retreat and return (3 hours each way) in mini bus
- Evening activities at the retreat
- 7% VAT and service charges are included
