Once you’ve welcomed the right people to your organisation, one of the ways you might want to maximise their abilities is through training. And if you go to any of your bases anywhere in the world, you’ll want to know that the same high standard of training is available for them. This is a level of consistency you can expect when we train your own trainers for you.

Our superior in-house ‘train the trainer’ programmes are designed to equip your trainers with the motivation and skills to train your own staff effectively. They can also receive recognised accreditation through us. We set even higher standards for ourselves than the accreditation calls for – so that you have better trained trainers.
Consistent. Co-ordinated.
We will also make sure your trainers can offer a consistent standard of training across different countries and service areas. For example, we will customise the content for you, while still maintaining the standards to get accreditation. This may, for example, be necessary if you have trainers who speak different languages.
It’s not just the standard of our training that you can rely one. You will have handouts that are specially prepared for you so they’re more relevant and engaging, and designed to convey the information effectively.
Learning they will remember
Better trained trainers inevitably mean better trained staff – who are then better equipped and inspired to add to your business success. We will work with your people until they succeed – or tell them if training isn’t for them. We have already worked with groups from xx to x00 (if you have fewer trainers than this, please read about our open courses below) in many different countries.
You can be sure of real flexibility and choice from us. For example, it could be that us doing initial training for your trainers one year and then coming back later to do the next stage works best for your business. If so, then that’s how we’ll do it!
